KAT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,417 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVI2B, VEZF1, and SIN3A. Each is linked with KAT7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT7-to-partner and partner-to-KAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KAT7 versus EVI2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
