KAT6B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZWINT, ECHS1, and EIF3M. Each is linked with KAT6B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT6B-to-partner and partner-to-KAT6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT grouped by KAT6B-low versus KAT6B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
