Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAT5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Positive regulation of attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with KAT5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT5-to-partner and partner-to-KAT5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore grouped by KAT5-low versus KAT5-high in BREAST.
