KANSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KANSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-3, SLC6A18, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with KANSL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL3-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-3 grouped by KANSL3-low versus KANSL3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
