Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KANSL1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KANSL1L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher KANSL1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KANSL1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCS, UCEC, and LAML are the cancer types where KANSL1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
