Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KANSL1L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KANSL1L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher KANSL1L mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KANSL1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD are the cancer types where KANSL1L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
