Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,517 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KANSL1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN2A1, PPIF, and CSTA. Each is linked with KANSL1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL1L-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KANSL1L versus MAN2A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
