Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 291 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KANSL1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L, SC5D, and ABCC5. Each is linked with KANSL1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL1L-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KANSL1L versus PABPC1L in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
