Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,825 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPC6-AS1, FXYD6P2, and CDH12P2. Each is linked with KANSL1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL1L-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL1L results are reported.
