Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KANSL1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KANSL1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KANSL1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KANSL1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LIHC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where KANSL1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
