KANK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,462 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGN, EIF1P1, and ECRG4. Each is linked with KANK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANK1-to-partner and partner-to-KANK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KANK1 versus RGN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
