KALRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KALRN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KALRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with KALRN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KALRN-to-partner and partner-to-KALRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by KALRN-low versus KALRN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KALRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KALRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
