KALRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KALRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,226 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KALRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, METTL4, and ACBD5. Each is linked with KALRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KALRN-to-partner and partner-to-KALRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN16 grouped by KALRN-low versus KALRN-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KALRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→KALRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
