KAAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01381, OR7E149P, and SPINK14. Each is linked with KAAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAAG1-to-partner and partner-to-KAAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01381 grouped by KAAG1-low versus KAAG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
