Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JUND Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JUND data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher JUND Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JUND expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SCLC and KIRC are the cancer types where JUND Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
