JUND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JUND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUND-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYMK, TRIM64B, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with JUND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUND-to-partner and partner-to-JUND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYMK grouped by JUND-low versus JUND-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUND→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
