JUNB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JUNB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P4, RNA5SP367, and RNU6-179P. Each is linked with JUNB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUNB-to-partner and partner-to-JUNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P4 grouped by JUNB-low versus JUNB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
