JUN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JUN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,142 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28_S473, YJU2_S179, and COIL_S487. Each is linked with JUN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUN-to-partner and partner-to-JUN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JUN versus TRIM28_S473 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUN→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
