Across TCGA patient cohorts, JUN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,634 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A1, RND3, and SEC23A. Each is linked with JUN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUN-to-partner and partner-to-JUN results are reported.
