Across TCGA cell cohorts, JUN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,170 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transforming growth factor beta1 production, Latent virus replication, and Release from viral latency. Each is linked with JUN in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUN-to-partner and partner-to-JUN results are reported.
