JSRP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JSRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,480 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRRT3, POU2AF1, and PATJ. Each is linked with JSRP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-JSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JSRP1 versus PRRT3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
