Across TCGA cell cohorts, JSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,978 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JSRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with JSRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-JSRP1 results are reported.
