JSRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC4F, GSTA3, and UNC79. Each is linked with JSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-JSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC4F grouped by JSRP1-low versus JSRP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
