Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JRKL RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,980 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JRKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC82, CEP57, and ANKRD49. Each is linked with JRKL in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JRKL-to-partner and partner-to-JRKL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JRKL→partner) and Y-score (partner→JRKL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
