Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JPH4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated JPH4 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher JPH4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JPH4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, ESCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where JPH4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
