Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGM5, ANK2, and KANK2. Each is linked with JPH4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH4-to-partner and partner-to-JPH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JPH4 versus PGM5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
