The most reproducible JPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD6, ELAVL4, and SNCB. Each is linked with JPH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH4-to-partner and partner-to-JPH4 results are reported.
