Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JPH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2V2, PRAMEF20, and SOX1. Each is linked with JPH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH4-to-partner and partner-to-JPH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2V2 grouped by JPH4-low versus JPH4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
