JOSD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JOSD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP14, ALYREF, and MPDU1. Each is linked with JOSD2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD2-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JOSD2 versus MMP14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JOSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JOSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
