Across TCGA cell cohorts, JOSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, FAM205A, and OR6Q1. Each is linked with JOSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD2-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD2 results are reported.
