JMY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-710P, POTEF-AS1, and ANKRD20A6P. Each is linked with JMY in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMY-to-partner and partner-to-JMY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-710P grouped by JMY-low versus JMY-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMY→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
