JMJD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LONRF2P2, RNU6-293P, and DNAAF4-CCPG1. Each is linked with JMJD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD8-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LONRF2P2 grouped by JMJD8-low versus JMJD8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
