JMJD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCD, STAT5a, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with JMJD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD8-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCD grouped by JMJD8-low versus JMJD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
