Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JMJD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JMJD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6V1, DEFB118, and CHIA. Each is linked with JMJD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD8-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6V1 grouped by JMJD8-low versus JMJD8-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
