JMJD7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 176 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXN2, POLR3H, and PAPLN. Each is linked with JMJD7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD7-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXN2 grouped by JMJD7-low versus JMJD7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
