Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, JMJD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,915 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JMJD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G4B, VPS39, and LRRC57. Each is linked with JMJD7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD7-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JMJD7 versus PLA2G4B in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
