JMJD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JMJD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,618 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine hydroxylation, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Regulation of translation at postsynapse. Each is linked with JMJD7 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD7-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine hydroxylation grouped by JMJD7-low versus JMJD7-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
