The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher JMJD7-PLA2G4B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JMJD7-PLA2G4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, DLBC, and KIRC are the cancer types where JMJD7-PLA2G4B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
