JMJD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,496 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JMJD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUT, ITGAE, and NDOR1. Each is linked with JMJD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD4-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUT grouped by JMJD4-low versus JMJD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
