JKAMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JKAMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JKAMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP128, RNU6-180P, and RN7SL314P. Each is linked with JKAMP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JKAMP-to-partner and partner-to-JKAMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP128 grouped by JKAMP-low versus JKAMP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JKAMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→JKAMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
