Across TCGA cell cohorts, JHY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JHY-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC182, HMGB4, and FAM71C. Each is linked with JHY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JHY-to-partner and partner-to-JHY results are reported.
