Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAKMIP2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,588 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAKMIP2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAKMIP2, PCYT1B, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with JAKMIP2-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAKMIP2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-JAKMIP2-AS1 results are reported.
