Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, JAKMIP2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated JAKMIP2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher JAKMIP2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JAKMIP2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LUAD show a favorable association.

MESO, DLBC, and KIRC are the cancer types where JAKMIP2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
