JAK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS23P9, MIR5089, and PINK1-AS. Each is linked with JAK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK3-to-partner and partner-to-JAK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS23P9 grouped by JAK3-low versus JAK3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
