JAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, TIPIN, and RNU6-781P. Each is linked with JAK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK2-to-partner and partner-to-JAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by JAK2-low versus JAK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
