Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,321 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEK7, LRPPRC, and MRPS10. Each is linked with JAK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK1-to-partner and partner-to-JAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JAK1 versus NEK7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
