JAK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,608 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPT, P2RY13, and ALDH2. Each is linked with JAK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK1-to-partner and partner-to-JAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JAK1 versus GAPT in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
