JAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,804 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A11, CENPU, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with JAK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK1-to-partner and partner-to-JAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A11 grouped by JAK1-low versus JAK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
