Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,784 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interleukin-9-mediated signaling pathway, Cellular response to interleukin-9, and Interleukin-2-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with JAK1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK1-to-partner and partner-to-JAK1 results are reported.
