JAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 211 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A2, BTNL2, and RTL4. Each is linked with JAK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAK1-to-partner and partner-to-JAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A2 grouped by JAK1-low versus JAK1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
